Ticketing Expert is a SaaS based ticketing system for help desk and customer service. It will allows IT support to track, manage, speed up, and deal effectively with incidents. The tenant can login as admin from the domain of their choice and can add staff, customers can register, and customer can open tickets. the tenant can configure departments, email templates, IMAP and SMTP, etc. Each tenant's system will be independent from the others. We use one database per tenant.
